Free Blizzard Ice Cream Treats from Dairy Queen

July 2018: A class-action lawsuit was filed against Dairy Queen alleging that its mobile app deceptively advertises that free Blizzard ice cream treats are available at specific participating locations when, according to plaintiffs, customers are charged the full price when they get to the restaurant. (Spencer et al v. International Dairy Queen, Inc., Case No. 18-cv-1252, D. OR.)
