He’s so confident, he’ll give you his system for free via his website freecourse101.com — though he doesn’t explain why he’s willing to do so. Mr. Lowell follows that claim with testimonials, though it’s not clear whose testimonials they are.

says one such testimonial, presumably given by someone who doesn’t know what sensible or safe means.
