September 2021: The case was dismissed with prejudice.

September 2019: A class-action lawsuit was filed against Aldi Inc. for allegedly misleadingly advertising its Friendly Farms vanilla almondmilk products as containing vanilla when, according to plaintiffs, the ingredients list does not include vanilla and instead lists unspecified “Natural Flavors.” (Parham et al v. Aldi Inc., Case No. 19-cv-8975, S.D.N.Y.)
