Fuelman Fleet Card

In February 2019, a class-action lawsuit was filed against Fleetcor Technologies Operating Company for allegedly misleadingly marketing that transportation companies that use the Fuelman Fleet Card to purchase fuel save money on gasoline and do not pay set-up, transaction, or annual fees when, according to the complaint, transportation companies that use the card regularly pay more than the price at the pump and pay several fees and charges.
