Furniture at Target

A class-action lawsuit was filed against Target for allegedly falsely advertising furniture as being made from leather when, according to the complaint, the furniture is made from pleather (an imitation leather). The complaint was originally filed in state court in May 2017 and transferred to federal court in June 2017. (Fellman v. Target Corporation and Target Stores, Case No. 17-cv-2267, D. MN.)
