GEICO

In February 2020, a class-action lawsuit was filed against GEICO for allegedly engaging in a bait-and-switch marketing scheme. Specifically, plaintiffs claim that GEICO deceptively lures consumers in with a low quote for full coverage auto insurance premiums but, in reality, the quote is for an inferior policy that does not include collision insurance.
