Gillete® Fusion ProGlide Sensitive 2-in-1 Shave Gel

April 2018: A class-action lawsuit was filed against Procter & Gamble for allegedly misleadingly using slack-filled packaging for Gillette® Fusion ProGlide Sensitive 2-in-1 Shave Gel. Specifically, the complaint claims that the six-ounce container releases only 3.3 ounces of shaving gel and is approximately 45% empty space. (Foronda et al v. The Procter & Gamble Co. et al, Case No. BC700535, California State Court – Los Angeles)
