Gold Necklaces from Sears

In March 2018, a class-action lawsuit was filed against Sears for allegedly falsely marketing a sterling silver necklace plated in a layer of gold alloy as being “14K Gold.” (Moss et al v. Sears Holdings Corp., Case No. 18-cv-1663, E. D. NY.)
