Gold Peak Slightly Sweet Teas

In February 2020, a class-action lawsuit was filed against The Coca-Cola Company for allegedly misleadingly marketing that Gold Peak Slightly Sweet Teas are “sweetened with 50% less sugar than our sweet tea” when, according to plaintiffs, the ingredients list shows that sugar is the second most predominant ingredient and the drinks are actually high in sugar.
