Gold Peak Tea Products

In July 2017, a class-action lawsuit was filed against The Coca-Cola Company for allegedly deceptively marketing Gold Peak Tea products as having “No Preservatives” when, according to plaintiffs, they contain preservatives such as citric acid, phosphoric acid, and ascorbic acid. (Naseri et al v. The Coca-Cola Company and Coca-Cola Refreshments USA, Inc., Case No. 17-cv-4033, E. D. NY.)
