Good Health Snacks
2015: Plaintiffs filed a Consolidated Class Action Complaint that combines two cases against Good Health Natural Products (Tran v. Good Health and Moran and Marshall v. Good Health). The complaint alleges that the company misleadingly advertises snacks as being natural when, according to plaintiffs, they contain synthetic, artificial, and highly-processed ingredients, and chemical preservatives. The complaint also claims that the company falsely advertises some snacks as “healthy,” “wholesome,” and “made with whole wheat” and uses improper comparisons about the amount of fat on product labels.
