Green Roads of Florida CBD Products

January 2020: The claims regarding products that the plaintiffs did not purchase were dismissed for lack of standing and the case was stayed until the FDA completes its rulemaking regarding the marketing of hemp products.

September 2019: A class-action lawsuit was filed against Green Roads of Florida alleging that many of its products, including oils, gummies, capsules, terpenes, topicals, syrups, teas, and coffees, contain significantly less CBD than advertised. (Snyder et al v. Green Roads of Florida LLC, Case No. 19-cv-62342, S.D. Fl.)
