GSN Casino

In May 2018, a class-action lawsuit was filed against Game Show Network for allegedly misleadingly representing that GSN Casino (an online casino of electronic slot machines) is free to play when, according to the complaint, users must have tokens to play and, after the players use all of the free tokens provided to first time visitors, they must buy more tokens in order to play the games. Plaintiffs also claim that the company violates Washington law by operating an online gambling game. (Bell et al v. Game Show Network, LLC, Case No. 18-cv-5393, W. D. WA.)
