Happy Baby Superfood Puffs
In February 2021, a class-action lawsuit was filed against Nurture, Inc. for allegedly misleadingly marketing Happy Baby Superfood Puffs as healthy, nutritious, and suitable for children when, according to plaintiffs, the products contain significant amounts of ingredients that have dangerous health consequences for children, including arsenic, mercury, lead, cadmium, and perchlorate. (Soto et al v. Nurture, Inc., Case No. 21-cv-1271, S.D.N.Y.)
