Hatchimals

In January 2017, a class-action lawsuit was filed against Spin Master for allegedly deceptively marketing Hatchimals (interactive stuffed animals that are supposed to hatch from colorful, spotted eggs) when, in reality, many Hatchimals did not hatch. (Hejduk et al v. Spin Master Corp. and Spin Master Inc., Case No. 17-cv-93, E. D. CA.)
