Health-Ade Kombucha Drinks

2016: After the Samet case was consolidated with another lawsuit against the company (Hood), the consolidated action was dismissed.

2015: A class-action lawsuit was filed against Health-Ade for allegedly falsely marketing that its Kombucha drinks contain two to four grams of sugar per serving when, according to plaintiffs, the drinks contain approximately four to six times the amount of sugar represented on the label. (Samet et al v. Health-Ade, LLC, Case No. 15-cv-286907, California State Court – Santa Clara County)
