was filed against Starkist Co. for allegedly making consumers believe that its tuna products are healthier than its competitors by placing the American Heart Association Heart-Check Mark on labels without disclosing that the Heart-Check Mark is a paid endorsement. (Warner et al v. Starkist Co.
