Herbalife Live Events

In September 2017, a false advertising class-action lawsuit was filed against Herbalife (a multi-level marketing company) and many of its top-earning distributors for, among other things, allegedly running “a predatory scheme” and misrepresenting that individuals who attend live events will “get rich” and are guaranteed a “significant income, a better life style, and even happiness” when, according to plaintiffs, there is no correlation between event attendance and success with Herbalife.
