May 14, 2015: The Court grants final approval of the settlement agreement.

May 11, 2015: The Final Fairness Hearing is held in federal district court.  The judge grants TINA.org’s Motion for Leave and thus is considering its objection to the settlement agreement, and will make her decision as to whether she approves or rejects the settlement at a later date.

April 27, 2015: TINA.org files a reply to plaintiffs’ opposition.

April 13, 2015: Plaintiffs file an opposition to TINA.org’s Motion for Leave to file brief as amicus curiae.

March 16, 2015: TINA.org files brief as amicus curiae opposing the proposed settlement reached by the parties, as well as a Motion for Leave to file the brief.
