Herff Jones Class Rings

In July 2018, a false advertising class-action lawsuit was filed against Herff Jones for allegedly misrepresenting the proportion of gold in its class rings for high school and college graduates and for failing to disclose the actual amount of gold in the rings. (Davison et al v. Herff Jones, LLC and Herf Jones, Inc., Case No. 18-cv-4617, N. D. CA.)
