Herff Jones Class Rings
November 2018: Plaintiffs filed an amended complaint similarly alleging that the company’s class rings contain less gold than represented on the band and in marketing materials.
July 2018: A false advertising class-action lawsuit was filed against Herff Jones for allegedly misrepresenting the proportion of gold in its class rings for high school and college graduates and for failing to disclose the actual amount of gold in the rings. When a complaint is dismissed with prejudice, it cannot be refiled.
