Honda Civic Hybrid

According to a 2010 class-action lawsuit, Honda falsely advertised the estimated fuel efficiency of its 2003 to 2009 Honda Civic Hybrids.  (Lockabey, et al. v. American Honda Motor Co., Inc., et al., Case No. 37-2010-00087755-CU-BT-CTL, Ca. Superior Ct., County of San Diego.)

Update:  In December 2011, the parties reached a settlement in which Honda Hybrid owners could receive a $100 payment and may be eligible for other benefits.  For information about the settlement, go to www.hchsettlement.com.
