Honda Sensing®

In May 2018, a class-action lawsuit was filed against American Honda Motor Co. for allegedly misleadingly marketing Honda Sensing® in its 2017 CR-V vehicles as a feature that will help drivers avoid accidents or minimize the effects of collisions when, according to the plaintiffs, Honda Sensing makes vehicles more dangerous because a software defect causes the feature to regularly malfunction.
