Hummus From Tribe Mediterranean Foods

November 2015: This case was voluntarily dismissed with prejudice, the reasons for which have not been disclosed.

July 2015: A class-action lawsuit was filed against Tribe Mediterranean Foods for allegedly misleadingly marketing that hummus products are “all natural” when, according to plaintiffs, the products contain unnatural ingredients. (Magier et al v. Tribe Mediterranean Foods, Inc., Case No. 15-cv-5781, S.D.N.Y.)
