Icelandic Provisions Skyr

In January 2021, a class-action lawsuit was filed against Icelandic Provisions for allegedly falsely advertising its Skyr (a traditional Icelandic dairy product) as made in Iceland when, according to plaintiffs, the product is made in New York. (Mantini et al v. Icelandic Provisions, Inc., Case No. 21-cv-618, S.D.N.Y.)
