Infotainment Systems in Honda Odyssey and Pilot Vehicles

In March 2019, a class-action lawsuit was filed against American Honda Motor Co. for allegedly failing to disclose that the infotainment systems that perform many communication, navigation, and entertainment functions in its 2018-2019 Odyssey and 2019 Pilot vehicles frequently fail while vehicles are moving. (Conti et al v. American Honda Motor Co., Inc., Case No. 19-cv-2160, C. D. CA.)
