The iTunes “Season Pass” of Breaking Bad Season 5

October 2014: This action was voluntarily dismissed because the parties reached a settlement agreement, the terms of which have not been disclosed. The dismissal was with prejudice.

September 2013: A class-action lawsuit was filed against Apple, Inc. alleging that the company deceived consumers by promoting and selling a “Season Pass” of Breaking Bad Season 5 on iTunes that only made the first 8 episodes of the 16-episode season available. (Lazebnik et al. v. Apple, Inc., Case No. 13-cv-04145, N. D. CA.).
