JĀSÖN Brand Deodorant Sticks

January 2019: This case was voluntarily dismissed because the parties reached a settlement agreement, the terms of which have not been disclosed.

2017: A class-action lawsuit was filed against The Hain Celestial Group for allegedly misleadingly marketing JĀSÖN brand deodorant sticks as natural when, according to the complaint, they contain unnatural or synthetic ingredients. The complaint was originally filed in August and amended in October. (Pecanha et al v. The Hain Celestial Group, Inc., Case No. 17-cv-4517, N. D. CA.)
