February 2018: This action was voluntarily dismissed When a complaint is dismissed without prejudice, an amended version of the complaint can be refiled., the reasons for which have not been disclosed.

September 2017: A class-action lawsuit was filed against Juice Organics for allegedly deceptively marketing its Repairing line of shampoo, conditioner, and hair mask products as being able to repair damaged hair when, according to the complaint, none of ingredients in the products can repair damaged hair. (Rodriguez et al v. Juice Beauty, Inc. d/b/a Juice Organics, Case No. 17-cv-5187, E. D. NY.)
