JUUL E-Cigarettes
October 2018: A class-action lawsuit was filed against JUUL Labs for, among other things, allegedly deceptively advertising JUUL e-cigarettes as a healthy “alternative to cigarettes” without disclosing that they are as addictive as or more addictive than traditional cigarettes and pose serious health risks. The complaint also claims that the company misrepresents the nicotine content and potency of its e-cigarettes. To learn more about all of the allegations in the complaint, click here. (JY et al v.
