Keebler Fudge Stripes Minis Cookies

In January 2021, a class-action lawsuit was filed against Ferrara Candy Company for allegedly misleadingly advertising that Keebler Fudge Stripes Minis are made with real fudge when, according to plaintiffs, the cookies contain ingredients that are not found in fudge. (Pizarro et al v. Ferrara Candy Company, Case No. 21-cv-151, S.D.N.Y.)
