Kellogg’s® Special K® Fruit & Yogurt Cereal

A class-action lawsuit was filed against Kellogg Company for allegedly falsely marketing Kellogg’s® Special K® Fruit & Yogurt Cereal by implying that the cereal is made with strawberries and blackberries when the cereal actually contains only dried apples. The lawsuit was originally filed in state court in October 2016 and transferred to federal court in December 2016. (George et al v. Kellogg Company, Case No. 16-cv-1887, E. D. MO.)
