In early 2017, a class-action was filed against Summit Tool Company alleging that Ken-Tool Company tire irons are shorter than advertised. Specifically, plaintiffs claim that the tire irons are advertised as 41 inches long when they are actually only 39 ½ inches long. (Reyes et al v.
