LaCroix Sparkling Waters

February 2020: This case was voluntarily dismissed with prejudice.

October 2018: A class-action lawsuit was filed against LaCroix Sparkling Waters for allegedly misleadingly labeling LaCroix water as being “all-natural” when, according to plaintiffs, the water contains non-natural flavorings and synthetic ingredients, including one that is used as a cockroach insecticide. Later in October, the case was transferred to federal court. (Rice et al v. National Beverage Corp. d/b/a LaCroix Sparkling Waters, State Case No. 2018CH12302, Circuit Court of Cook County, Illinois; Federal Court Case No. 18-cv-7151, N.D. Ill.)
