December 2020: A class-action lawsuit was filed against Colgate-Palmolive Company for allegedly misleadingly marketing that Lady Speed Stick Stain Guard antiperspirants fight yellow stains and do not leave white marks when, according to plaintiffs, the primary active ingredient in the products actually causes both yellow stains and white marks. (Heidger et al v. Colgate-Palmolive Company, Case No. 20SL-CC05896, Missouri State Court – St. Louis)
