April 2019: This action was voluntarily dismissed with prejudice, the reasons for the dismissal have not been disclosed.

November 2018: This case was transferred from state court to federal court. (Case No. 18-cv-2473, C. D. CA.)

October 2018: A class-action lawsuit was filed against Pinnacle Foods Group for allegedly falsely marketing Log Cabin Syrup as being “All Natural” when, according to plaintiffs, the syrup contains a synthetic ingredient called xanthan gum. (Moreno et al v. Pinnacle Foods Group, LLC, Case No. CIVDS18272669, California State Court – San Bernardino)
