October 2018: A class-action lawsuit was filed against Pinnacle Foods Group for allegedly falsely marketing Log Cabin Syrup as being “All Natural” when, according to plaintiffs, the syrup contains a synthetic ingredient called xanthan gum. (Moreno et al v. Pinnacle Foods Group, LLC, Case No. CIVDS18272669, California State Court – San Bernardino)
