L’Oréal Liquid Cosmetics

In February 2020, a class-action lawsuit was filed against L’Oréal for allegedly deceptively marketing its liquid cosmetics without disclosing that the bottles have defective pumps that do not dispense a significant amount of the product. (Young et al v. L’Oréal USA, Inc., Case No. 20-cv-944, N.D. Cal.)
