Maxwell House Ground Coffee

In July 2020, a class-action lawsuit was filed against The Kraft Heinz Company for allegedly falsely labeling that Maxwell House ground coffee products make up to 240 six fluid ounce cups of coffee when, according to plaintiffs, the products do not contain enough ground coffee to make the advertised number of servings. (Sulzer et al v. The Kraft Heinz Company, Case No. 20-cv-1154, W.D. Penn.)
