Memberships to LA Fitness Gym

In January 2018, a class-action lawsuit was filed against Fitness International for allegedly misleading consumers into believing that they are signing up for and obligated to pay for one month of membership to LA Fitness gym when, according to the complaint, they are signing agreements for and obligated to pay for one year of membership.
