August 2020: This case was transferred from a court in Indiana to one in Illinois in order to be heard as part of a multidistrict litigation (MDL). (Honeycutt v. March 2020: A class-action lawsuit was filed against Fair Oaks Farms Food for allegedly misleadingly marketing that the milk used in its products comes from happy, healthy, and well-cared for cows when, according to plaintiffs, the cows are mistreated and abused. (Honeycutt et al v. Fair Oaks Farms Food, LLC, Case No. 20-cv-99, N.D. Ind.)
