July 2014: This case was dismissed with prejudice, the reasons for which have not been disclosed.

May 2014: A Consolidated Amended Class Action Complaint making the same allegations was filed.

April 2014: This case was consolidated with Cox v. Gruma. (Case No. 12-cv-6502, N. D. CA.)

February 2014: This case was transferred to a California court. (Case No. 14-cv-833, N. D. CA.)

August 2013: A class-action lawsuit was filed against the marketer of Mission® Restaurant Style Tortilla Rounds, Strips, and Triangles for allegedly falsely advertising the products as “all natural” when they actually contain genetically modified organisms (GMOs). (Griffith et al. v. Gruma Corp., Case No. 13-cv-80791, S.D. FL.)
