In November 2020, a class-action lawsuit
was filed against Molekule for allegedly falsely advertising its air purifiers – including the Air, Air Mini, and Air Mini+ – as, among other things, able to eradicate indoor air pollutants, destroy allergens, provide relief from allergies and asthma symptoms, combat wildfire smoke, and destroy coronavirus when, according to plaintiffs, the air purifiers do not perform as advertised. , Case No. 20-cv-1548, D. Del.)
