was filed against Ferrara Candy Company for allegedly falsely advertising that its candies – including Nerds, Runts, and Everlasting Gobstoppers – do not contain artificial flavors when, according to plaintiffs, they contain the synthetic ingredient malic acid. (Gruber et al v. Ferrara Candy Co.
