Nest Fresh Eggs

In March 2018, two class-action lawsuits were filed against Walmart for allegedly falsely marketing that Nest Fresh Egg Farms “farm fresh” eggs are laid by hens “with outdoor access” when, according to plaintiffs, the hens are kept in industrial barns that have enclosed porches with roofs and screens and the hens do not have access to the outdoors.
