Neuro Beverages

In September 2018, a class-action lawsuit was filed against Neurobrands for allegedly falsely advertising Neuro beverages – including neuroSONIC Energy Refreshed superfruit infusion, neuroBLISS white raspberry, and neuroPROTEIN watermelon mint – as being flavored with natural ingredients when, according to the plaintiffs, the beverages contain the artificial flavor malic acid. (Young et al v. Neurobrands, LLC, Case No. 18-cv-5907, N. D. CA.)
