Neutrogena Oil-Free Face Moisturizer for Sensitive Skin

In 2020, a class-action lawsuit was filed against Johnson & Johnson Consumer Inc. for allegedly falsely advertising Neutrogena Oil-Free Face Moisturizer for Sensitive Skin as being “Oil-Free” when, according to the complaint, the product does contain oils. The complaint was originally filed in April and amended in July. (Noohi et al v. Johnson & Johnson Consumer, Inc., Case No. 20-cv-3575, C.D. Cal.)
