Oil-Free Neutrogena Skincare Products

In December 2020, a class-action lawsuit was filed against Johnson & Johnson Consumer Inc. for allegedly falsely advertising Neutrogena skincare products – including Hydro Boost Cleansing Gel and Oil Free Makeup Remover, Age Shield Face Oil-Free Lotion Sunscreen, Oil-Free Pink Grapefruit Acne Face Moisturizer, and others – as oil-free when, according to plaintiffs, the products do contain oils. (Flaherty et al v. Johnson & Johnson Consumer Inc., Case No. 20-cv-7255, N.D. Ill.)
