Oreo Cookies

In April 2019, a class-action lawsuit was filed against Mondelēz Global for allegedly falsely advertising on the front of product packaging that Oreo Cookies are made with real cocoa when, according to plaintiffs, the ingredients list on the back of the packaging discloses that the cookies contain cocoa processed with alkali.
