In January 2020, a class-action lawsuit
was filed against First Savings Bank for allegedly misleadingly promising that it only charges overdraft fees if an account does not have enough funds to cover a transaction when, according to plaintiffs, the bank charges overdraft fees on transactions that do not overdraw a customer’s account.
