Packaging of Various Isopure Whey Products

March 2016: This action was voluntarily dismissed without prejudice. The reasons have not been disclosed.

November 2015: A class-action lawsuit was filed against The Isopure Company for allegedly deceptively packaging whey products – including Isopure Zero Carb, Isopure Low Carb, Isopure Black & Green Tea, Isopure Coffee, Nature’s Best Perfect Whey – in opaque containers that contain approximately 30% empty space. (Zakhour et al v. The Isopure Company, LLC, Case No. 15-cv-2512, S. D. CA.)
